Kae Me Foundation

I joined a team of three to consult for Kaeme Foundation, a Utah, USA based nonprofit with operations in Ghana, West Africa. Our recommended objectives focused on the need to increase the donor pool from 1 to 100 by fourth quarter of 2022, increase social media activities with reaction to postings from 30 to 500, and increase beneficiary level of confidence through strategic interventions.

With many laudable achievements and having accomplished much notable good among the public in Ghana, yet Kaeme Foundation has had to face multiple misconceptions about its mission and intentions in its work. My researched brought to light the causes of these erroneous perceptions, and I made recommendations on how to overcome them.
