There were 3 middle schools in my town. I was not first in my class, yet I was the only one to attend high school. With this experience, I began dreaming of ways to help change the narrative of school children in and around Abomosu.

In 2005, I co-founded World Joy Inc. in Bountiful, Utah and founded World Joy Ghana. I met with 13 village chiefs and community leaders to conduct primary research and establish a priority of needs.  

With families in Utah, we raised funds to provide solutions to the identified needs, the highest needs always including education, health, water and sanitation.

In Ghana, I identified and recruited a local construction and support team who led community members and US volunteers to participate under their direction.
