As a consultant, I developed a comprehensive marketing plan for Advanced Fire Investigations, a Montana, USA based fire investigation company. Through surveys, interviews, and research among AFI’s clients, I developed a communication plan for holistic and effective internal and external communication. I identified various objectives with tactics and strategies to achieve these objectives. The plan also recommended ways AFI could implement the strategies with timelines. The number of deliverables included a new company logo, sample business card and letterhead, and cup and T-shirt designs.
