As co-founder of Capstone who represents Gigacrete of Las Vegas, USA (an advanced “green” building technology company) in Ghana, I set up a branch in Ghana, supervised the construction of the model home by coordinating import of the prefabricated house components, worked with local government agencies to secure land title and building permits, and coordinated efforts between the local and foreign team members.
